Vegetarian falafel wrap
Ingredients

Dip

  • 100 ml Silk coconut yogurt alternative
  • ½ Lemon, juice & zest
  • ½ garlic clove
  • 4 fresh coriander stalks
  • ½ red chili pepper

Wraps

  • 4 falafels
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 gr white cabbage, sliced
  • 100 gr red cabbage sliced
  • ½ avocado

Preparation
  • Make a salad with the wrap ingredients
  • For the dip: chop the coriander, slice the garlic finely, mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bake the falafels with a drizzle of olive oil until they are crispy and golden.
  • Warm the wrap for 30 seconds in a oil free pan and start adding the ingredients in the middle.
  • Roll and serve!
