Sweet Chamomile
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) any Silk Vanilla Soy or Almond Beverage
  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) nondairy vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 ml) frozen peaches
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) honey or agave
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Vega Protein Powder Vanilla and/or 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ground flax, if desired

Preparation
  • Heat Silk and tea bags in microwave or stovetop.
  • Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Discard tea bags.
  • Chill.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and dreamy, about 2 minutes.
