  • 200 ml Silk soy beverage
  • 85 g pomegranate
  • 65 g blueberries
  • 2 g fresh ginger root

Preparation
  • Peel and chop a small piece of the ginger and scoop out the pomegranate.
  • Pop all your lovely ingredients into a blender.
  • Add the Silk soy drink and whizz until smooth and dramatically purple.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
