- 1 cup (90 g) steel cut oats
- 3 1/2 cups (875 ml) water
- 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Vanilla Almond Coffee Whitener
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dried fruit, if desired
- Place all ingredients in a 2-quart slow cooker, then cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve oats immediately by themselves, or layer in a parfait with Silk cultured coconut and fresh fruit.
