  • 1 cup (250 ml) any Silk Vanilla Soy or Almond Beverage
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Vega Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ground flax, if desired
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice flaked sea salt, for sprinkling
