Refresh Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Unsweetened Coconut Original, or any flavour Silk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) spinach 
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • 1/2 cup (60 ml) chopped honeydew melon 
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) chopped fresh mint

Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
