Pumpkin Latte Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) Silk Vanilla Soy Beverage
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pumpkin, canned or fresh
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp [1 ml] ground)
  • Pinch of nutmeg and cloves
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ground flax, if desired
