Pretty Darn Smooth(ie) Bowl
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk, any flavour except chocolate
  • 1/2 (125 ml) cup oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup (250 ml) frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) honey
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ground flax seeds
  • Topping suggestions: goji berries, chia seeds, fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, granola

Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients except toppings in a blender and process until smooth. Sprinkle with toppings.
