PB & J Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk, any flavour
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) peanut butter
  • 2 pitted dates
  • I cup (250 ml) frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • Fresh berries, for garnish

Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender and process until smooth.  
  • Top with fresh berries and a stripey straw.
