Silk Maple Pecan Coffee Drink Recipe
Ingredients
  • 4 oz (125 ml) Silk Vanilla Almond Coffee Whitener
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) maple extract
  • 8 oz (250 ml) Strong Coffee or 4 oz espresso
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) crushed pecans
  • 1/8 tsp (1/2 ml) sea salt
  • Vegan whipped topping
  • Crushed pecans, for serving
  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • Sea salt, for serving

Preparation
  • In a glass jar with a lid, lid off, combine Silk and maple extract. Microwave for 45 seconds, then replace lid and shake vigorously to create foam.
  • Combine foamy mixture with freshly brewed coffee or espresso.
  • Top with vegan whipped topping, crushed pecans, a drizzle of maple syrup and sea salt.
