Maple Butter Tart
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Beverage
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shortbread cookie
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp Vega Protein Powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy.
  • NOTE: For a thicker smoothie, freeze Silk overnight in an ice cube tray.
