- 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Original or Unsweetened Creamy Cashew
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) vanilla
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon zest
- 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) honey or agave, if desired
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of turmeric or a few drops of natural yellow food color, if desired
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
- Blend all ingredients except graham crackers until smooth, creamy and delicious.
- Place in a glass and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
