Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Original or Unsweetened Creamy Cashew
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon zest
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) honey or agave, if desired
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of turmeric or a few drops of natural yellow food color, if desired
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) graham cracker crumbs, for garnish

Preparation
  • Blend all ingredients except graham crackers until smooth, creamy and delicious.
  • Place in a glass and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
