Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Unsweetened Soy Beverage
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh green kale 
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1/2 frozen banana*
  • 1 scoop Vega One Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1 cup (250 ml) ice

 

*Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
