Express Pastry Creams
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 oz (125 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Silk Vanilla soy or almond beverage
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process for 60 seconds to obtain a homogenous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Over medium heat, stir gently and regularly. Let mixture thicken and serve.
  • If not serving immediately, cover mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 3 days.
