- 4 eggs
- 4 oz (125 g) powdered sugar
- 2 cups (500 ml) Silk Vanilla soy or almond beverage
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) flour
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process for 60 seconds to obtain a homogenous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Over medium heat, stir gently and regularly. Let mixture thicken and serve.
- If not serving immediately, cover mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 3 days.
