Creamy Fudge Pops
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar, honey or agave syrup
  • 3 Tbsp ( 45 ml) unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Silk Unsweetened or Vanilla soy or almond beverage
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
