- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar, honey or agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp ( 45 ml) unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 2 cups (500 ml) Silk Unsweetened or Vanilla soy or almond beverage
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
