Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk, any flavour
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana*
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 cup (250 ml) spinach
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega Protein & Greens
  • Water
  • 1/8 tsp (.5 ml) turmeric, if desired
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder, if desired
  • Stevia, if desired

Preparation
