- 1 cup Silk Vanilla Soy or Almond Beverage
- 1 chai tea bag
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp honey or agave, if desired
- 2 Tbsp Vega Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
- Cinnamon for garnish
- Heat Silk and tea bag on stove or microwave until hot.
- Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with cinnamon.
