Silk Banana Cardamom Lassi Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond, Cashew, Coconut, or Soymilk
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) Silk Cultured Coconut
  • 3 frozen bananas*
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground cardamom

*Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
