Chocolate Chip Cookies
Enjoy these fresh, gooey and hot from the oven with – what else? – an ice cold glass of Silk.
Makes about 60 cookies

| 1/2 teaspoon | 2 ml | Salt |
| 12 ounces | 360 ml | Semisweet chocolate chip |
| 1/2 cup | 125 ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 cup | 250 ml | Unsalted butter |
| 1/2 cup | 125 ml | Sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 50 ml | Silk Vanilla or Silk Plus Omega-3 DHA |
| 2 1/4 cups | 550 ml | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | Vanilla |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | Baking soda |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Using and electric mixer or sturdy wooden spoon, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Slowly add Silk, mix well, then add the vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir to blend. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons on buttered or parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
