Silk Irish Coffee
Winter just got a little warmer!

| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | dark brown sugar |
| 6 oz | 180 ml | hot, strong coffee |
| 1 1/2 oz | 75 ml | good quality Irish whisky |
| 2 oz | 60 ml | Silk for Coffee, heated and whisked until frothy |
| whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping, optional | ||
Preparation
Pour whisky and brown sugar in a 10-ounce Irish coffee glass or mug. Stir in hot coffee and gently pour in hot, frothy Silk for Coffee. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy.
