Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Bring the goodness of soy to a classic family favourite.

Ingredients
1 cup 250 ml Silk Unsweetened or Silk Original, Warmed
2 tablespoons 30 ml Butter or margarine (optional)
2 Cloves garlic, peeled
5 to 6 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the butter, warm Silk, salt and pepper. Mash by hand or using an electric mixer. Serves 4.
