Above it says there is 6g of "natural soy protein" per cup, but the nutritional information indicates 1g of protein. Which is it? Also, I couldn't download the coupon for signing up - it says the link is broken.

I am so thankful that I started to drink Silk Soy Beverage many years ago. It has been so good for my health. Blood work especially! My reports have been fantastic since consuming Silk Soy. My Doctor said "Whatever you are doing, keep doing it", so I have. Vanilla is the flavour I buy most often.

I'm so glad that I found this product...I can't just drink a glass of milk (yuck), but a glass of Silk Vanilla Light is like a treat in a glass. So glad that I have another option than my usual yogurt to get in my milk servings.

I really like the Silk products, especially the chocolate soy, and use the original soy milk in everything. We bought the True Almond and have to say, although it tastes great we can't use it for our gluten-free baking because it doesn't work the same in the recipes. It will take some experimenting to get it right... but thanks for the new options!
